I've seen this before by other players. I think its called 'shadow muted'.
To unmute yourself or something you needa typ alot of symbols in chat.
There was a video that explains you how to unmute yourself.

That should be the video to unmute yourself!
I don't play bedrock so i am not gonne be able to help you further out.
