When I went to go buy emerald rank it said it worked but then 2 questions popped up and it asked for a picture of the drivers license and a picture of a recipe I don't know if thats a scam pls help me?

I had the same problem. I was also blocked from payment wall for a while. To make sure we're on the same page the screen should look like this:
If this is correct then you have to email verifyme@paymentwall.com. Unfortunately you do have to send some kind of verification (eg. Driver's licence, Passport, etc) Sometime's they will also ask you for the ID with the card you used to purchase the rank with. But when they do that, they will ask for the last four digits of the card. Though you still need to take a picture of that card, and use a program like Paint to blur out the other numbers.
It's safe though. I myself thought it was sketchy at first, but it turned out it isn't.
If you are still having trouble with your card, then I suggest doing paysafe cards. They are the easiest way of payment. If the credit card doesn't work, don't keep trying. "Trust me I did that, more problems came up."

They shouldn't ask you for a driver's licence. The only reason they ask you for a drivers licences is if you are blocked. They use it to verify that you are the card holder. The paysafecard should be like a gift card.
Have you sent a verification before? Meaning have you been blocked before but became unblocked? If that's the case, send the drivers licences that you had when you were blocked. To end an inquiry just don't respond to the messages. If the card was cancelled and refunded then it means that the bank doesn't allow you to buy that item. You have to use a different card. Remember if a card doesn't work, don't keep trying.
Then you have to log into your credits card statement, take a picture where it has showed that you have bought the rank. If you don't have a credit card statement showing just tell them that you don't have it.

Youre paymentwall is blocked, reason: Nobody knows, you need to contact PaymentWall or your bank, for the rank, try another payment method
