I need help with my ban

Tried logging into cubecraft and found out that im banned , never played in the server before and when i tried to appeal it and i typed in my user name as * Indensse * my Mc username the website said theres no account like that.

Assuming GoldIbh was your last username? If so, you'll need to use that username to appeal your ban
