Also about the other warnings, why would he have gotten any other warnings? Sure, you can state he isn't the most intelligent human on earth, but you can't punish for that.

For the second offence: what?. Pretending to be a staff member? Literally everybody with a below average IQ can understand that this was obviously a joke. Whether you like the joke or not - it was intended as one. Even you understand that this was a joke because of what you said before: "some people were quite attached to this 'meme' that was DOA".
Anyways, if you really want to be nitpicking you could drag 2 warnings out of it. And that's certainly not enough to entirely swipe someones account considering there are people with 22+ warnings out there.
Oh, and let me remind you - having an alt is allowed.
Conclusion is, the moderation rules were abused in this case and therefore BabyBoy should get unbanned. 2 warning points should get added to his account, and the reasoning for those warnings should get explained via a conversation.

Because this server is cubecraft, banning polite people with good opinions.
I think he got a ban because he made an introduction with pictures of half-naked girls. I think he got some other warnings in the past, so I don't think this ban is really unfair.
There's a different between a temp-ban and being swiped of the site. I've seen the pictures of the girls, and all of them were appropriate - no nudity whatsoever.

I assume so, usually when a person gets banned he/she will still show up when you search for his/her name. - But i'm not 100% sure.

@ChaosConjurer I see that you liked this post, so I assume he got banned for being too old? What kind of reasoning is that? Might as well fire Quetzi then for being too old.

We wouldn't usually feel the need to comment on why any account might have been banned, but seeing as some people were quite attached to this 'meme' that was DOA I guess it won't hurt to elaborate. That account was banned outright because it was an alt account, it was an alt account that broke forum rules so it was banned and the main account received a warning. While there may have been no outright nudity in the photos posted in his introduction thread, they are totally inappropriate for this forum. Furthermore, pretending to be a member of management is staff impersonation and also against the rules. I let it slide for a while, but eventually trying to make a dead meme funny led to actually crossing the line and breaking rules.
