Hey there. You can always speak in your own native language instead of using a translator if you wish.
As for your question, buying a rank on CubeCraft will not remove a mute from your account. You can appeal here if you would like to be unmuted and you believe that you have done nothing wrong. If you bought this account from someone else then I am sorry but whatever past transgressions the previous owner made would remain on this account even if ownership was transferred to you.

This should be the answer. As for buying a rank to unmute you, that is not possible. If you are muted, you can't buy a rank to unmute yourself.
