To help we'll need the following info. This can be found on the email receipt you received after purchase.
- Transaction ID (Starts with a B, W or X).
- Date of purchase.
- Minecraft username.
- Item purchased.
- Email address entered at checkout.
If you didn't receive this, it's likely the purchase failed to complete . If there's a pending charge shown it hasn't processed been yet, but once cleared your purchase will be assigned (And you'll receive an email receipt ).
If you can see the charge, have not received an email and your purchase has not been assigned please reply with proof, such as a bank statement or PayPal screenshot. If you are attempting to gain a free item, your account will be banned from the server.
