Java Hub Redesign, Smaller or Less laggy

Whenever I go to the hub my fps is around 25~ fps but when in games its at 200 fps if you have the same problem tell me otherwise it might be that the hub is a generally a laggy place

Normal hub but on a Gaint Floating Island Then All the builds etc below it some builds on island but parkour etc below. Maybe also dropper on each side that gets updated every month or so because vortex jump amazing but more would be better
