How to stop people from commenting on he ban department

So basically what this will do is not allow normal players to comment on anything within the ban department. Though some people that are related are allowed to comment on them so a staff member can allow certain players on certain threads. Because we are allowed to tag staff staff if it has been forgotten so say after 48 hours of it being posted it can be commented on that way staff can see it. Hope you like the idea! Sounds too complicated.

Or we could just keep it as it is and warn the people who post on appeals?.. It would just result in inbox spam of "Let me post on this appeal" "This person did this"; how are we meant to know who was involved? It would be more complicated finding out who was involved, adding them and such than it would to keep on doing what we are now..
