How to attach video evidence

I am trying to report a player through my iPhone. I recorded a hacker on Xbox then saved the Xbox app clip to my files. However, when I try to attach the file it doesn’t let me. Is there a way to fix this or is there a better method

You have to upload it to youtube and send the link in.
