How the hell do ppl get these custom geometry skins into the game!

I'm on Xbox series X and always been trying for 2 years now to get one, but I'm never successful!

I believe that is not possible on any other platform that is not PC (I could be wrong). Regardless of how you get them, those type of skins are blocked on our network & you cannot use them.

Skins like that are only possible on PC and no other devices I believe
