Duels How long does the removal of the first ban last?

I was unfairly banned by the sentinel and for what I've been researching... I realized that the bans are for 7.30 days and the last permanent, But after my ban disappears next ban will be 30 days right? So After a period like after 1 year without being banned my profile is free again without risk of getting 30 days? If I get banned unfairly for cubecraft error I can't do anything. Since I've tried to open an appeal and the code doesn't appear on the screen =( Thanks for your attention S2
