How do i report on bedrock edition

I saw someone hacking on cubecraft today, by looking I could see that they were using flyhacks and no-knockback (i have video evidence). I typed /registerreport into the chat and it gave me this link https://cbcrft.net/BedrockReport, but when i looked that up it took me to an error page, what can i do?
