PS4 hasn't had cross platform play due to issues with Sony and Microsoft's EULAs. I'm sure that they will be working to fix this in the future ;)

They're working very hard on it. CubeCraft didn't have a PE version like the other servers that you can already play, due to this it has sadly taken us more time than the others. We don't have a set date as to when you will be able to play our server on the Xbox One, but hopefully you'll be able to enjoy playing on our server very soon!
