How can i get '"unbanned"

I posted a thread earlier about this, how I got banned on the bedrock server when I wasn't hacking, but it says that I have nothing to appeal when I try to do that. I emailed CubeCraft support, but I'm pretty sure that it was a bot email, and it didn't answer my question at all. What should I do?

If you've emailed them, then you need to be patient or you can start an appeal on the the appeals site
