Maybe you can make a place in the big lobby where people can see what they have done the last time they were online.
So they could see how many kills they made, which maps they played, which games they played and how long they played.
Maybe you can also make a list of their best scores.

I don't see the point of implementing this. Why would you need to know what you did last time you were online? As for game stats, there are some in the game lobbies beside the cubelet. I guess it would be cool to have stats show in the chat after a game but like I said: I don't think this would be useful it most cases.

that is just like bringing the stuff from the arcade to every game mode

I think this is not necessary, everyone know what they did. If they want to see how many kills, wins, games played, etc. they have done before, they can check it on the player's statics before joining a game, or also can write in a notebook their previous statics at the end of the day compare it with the new results. :)
