Highest kill and win rank-ups?

I know a while ago Rubik used to give out ranks for people who were the top killers and winners in games. Is he still doing it? Thanks :D

They are not continuing this i think because of the EULA and not many people getting ranks because all the 'cool' stuff has been removed. So they would not be dishing our free ranks to everyone anymore.

And it wasn't killing AND wins, it was only wins. If you got in the top 5 in killing, you would get TONS of points. Like MinecraftPenguin said, it violated the Eula, or they wanted more ranks to be purchased after the eula.

the Eula is where mojang took away rank perks because it was "selling pieces of their product".

Are they actually planning on getting rid of the EULA anytime soon? I went on this youtuber's server a few days ago and they were selling pretty much every item in existence for a real world price O_O Does a server need to be reported or something to be taken down, or do they go to servers randomly and check the rewards from donations? :s
