PBecause I saw that you can get a reward on the server which is a crate key that allows you to get a kill effect, but nothing is showing up.

Hello! We don't have any kind of crate system on CubeCraft Bedrock. Could you be getting us confused with a different server? All of our kill effects must be purchased with minecoins.
