I bought a rank and galloween loot boxes on a account that i dont want them on! I have the reciept on mail and all of that, is there any way for you to help me with this?? I forgot to switch the account on the store website...

Would be so happy if you could help me out :D

As said above, please contact sales@cubecraft.net for store related issues. Provide useful information in your email, such as your transaction ID. If they are unable to transfer the purchased items, you will still have the ability to request a refund and then purchase them once again, but on the correct account. So, no worries, they will definitely help you fix that issue.
