Help getting unbanned

Hello! I have a bedrock account under the name zuko koko3659, I was banned and my appeal was denied. I came to here earlier for help and was given a link to chat with the MOD who denied my appeal and I haven't heard anything back for a little over 2 weeks now, I was just wondering if I should wait longer or if I should contact someone else. Any help is appreciated :)
