Help Error In Cubecraft

This error only happens to me in cubecraft. It is not my connection because in the other servers I am doing very well and I have 20 megabytes of internet ... I would greatly appreciate who will help me solve this problem. thank you

If you do /ping what’s your ping then?
Are you using any modifications?

Before it didn't happen to me, about a month ago I played again and it started happening to me

my ping varies between 100 - 160

I don't use any modification...

I have tried in several versions and in all it is the same
