help..Can't get out of Pricacy Agreement Loop...

My son has just found and wants to play egg wars on your server, but as soon as he begins he gets the book appear regarding the privacy agreement, which states to Agree and continue playing or Disagree and get kicked from the server. We click Agree a million times and Done and the book just constantly reappears, how do we get rid of this?

What Minecraft version is your son using? Is he using any types of modifications along with it?
