If you're not cheating and want your punishment undone, make an appeal at appeals.cubecraft.net. If it's a sentinel ban and the appeal gets denied, there's always the appeal conversation system on the appeals site which would be your last option. If that one's closed, you're out of luck and you'll need to wait out the punishment if it's temporary.
