Okay so I've noticed that if you report someone for cheating and they get banned by Sentinel, your report gets closed, Imho this shouldn't be the case, instead mark is as handled if the video evidence is sufficient so the cheater in question can't appeal and say they didn't cheat, this would make a lot more sense and less people complaining about Sentinel bans.

Like everyone knows, Sentinel is not perfect (no Anti-cheat is, and never will be), so if we have video evidence of a cheater and report them with that, they should be banned with the video evidence, and not keeping the Sentinel ban.

Anyone agrees? Comment!

I also think it should say handled because if the person was actually hacking, the player who made the report wasn't wrong about it and took their time to try to help. You never know if sentinel will catch a hacker or not so it would still be fair to mark it as handled.

I agree. The length of the ban could get longer by this and the amount of people who are going to lie about their ban will be reduced because there's video evidence of their ban.
