Halloween items in relic hunting/lobby fishing

Why can't I find any halloween items while relic hunting or lobby fishing? Is this some kind of bug or is it just me being very unlucky?

did u already have some items or none like the really rare ones can take like a day but like 1 stars you have to get them

I don't have any halloween relic. I got almost every other relic and I wanted to collect all of them, but I didn't get any halloween relic.
