It does the same thing on my desktop, too. It's not the computer, it's the mouse.

I use the Logitech g402, amazing mouse for the price. I was thinking of upgrading to the g602, but only when it's in the sale

My Logitech g402 has never let me down.... So far

I'm really into Hybrid mouse's, they offer Wireless when you seek it, or wired when it's dying/dead.

My mouse is the Razer Mamba 2012 (Because the 2015 is a claw-grip, which is not my preference)

And better, because it's from 2012, it's far cheaper! Keep an eye out on Amazon! ;)
