So I currently have a outdated gaming computer. I am looking to upgrade it and would use more then $7000 on it so come up with good ideas :D

That is not a good enough setup :p I will put in my self and make this cost more :p
If you wish to waste your money on a mediocre performance boost, I will not help you. The only worthwhile upgrade for the system I suggested is the addition of another 1080, but even then it's just to help max out games at 4K that support SLI.
