Particles: I think particles should be a thing because you can make dragon breath, love hearts, and more!
Working redstone: Redstone exists, but for like trapdoors, they don't close.
Custom heads: I know there are already heads, but I think there should be a command where you can get custom heads like /headGive (Player name)

He meant custom heads. Like a player's head. Example, /GiveHead MLGSexyDoritos.

I like the idea but I think the particles could lag the server or players, I like the head idea part though

head idea: maybe. The only problem I have seen with custom playerheads is that some people use the heads to basically make him look weak by building a statue with his head that does something bad.
particles: very limited ok because they lag a ton
