/fly command

I think it would be cool if you could fly around in lobbies by pressing space twice (just like in creative) :D

I don't know, I'm not an Emerald rank. ;)
But I think it is for safety.

It's so it's not annoying when you accidently press space bar twice when jumping, or doing parkour, as I often do.
