Fix ban appeal {error ..... has never joined the server}

When i try to appeal my ban it say's that i can't do a ban appeal because …. has never joined the server but i am banned so i have joined the server it was a long time ago and i think this is kind off unfair towards me, but hey its just a suggention

Ah I see, your username is Swompert I think. The appeal site indeed says that you never joined the server but that is probably because your account was banned with the name "blindnezz". You have to use your UUID to get your appeal page, Your UUID is: 279754ce-6c25-41c6-b684-272a8961a378. I will give you a link to your page so you don't have to type it in, but next time you can try using your UUID too.

the moderation api wasn't updated yet because he changed his name after he got banned, but it's resolved now :3
