Implemented FFA time

it would be good if they added /time in the FFA sessions so you know how long you have and dont waste points...

like Falice said in the comments /time is already i thing but it should be added to the scoreboard at the side

Btw /time is already a command to set day etc. Also maybe it can also be added on the sidebar?
