Upon successfully getting a kill, the attacker should be granted Regeneration 2 for 15 seconds. [Adds up to 6 hearts healed in total over the 15s]

I believe this would be healthy for Battle Arena FFA due to the fact that it is a free for all gamemode, and third partying feels awful to go up against while it's very prevalent, and a major hardwall to most kits.

It would also make duelist kits(warrior, assassin, stealth, poseidon, etc) actually able to stand a chance if they get third-partied right after winning a fight.

I don't think it should be added, here's why:

1. You already get some health back when getting a kill which can sometimes be enough to win a 1v2.

2. It would make winning 1v2s probably even harder than it already is because once one of them kills you they will regenerate almost all their health back which of course makes it even harder for you if you're getting 2v1ed.

3. I'm not 100% sure but I believe it would impact the FFA community badly, it would change FFA quite a bit and I have already shared this post with many of my friends with whom I have been playing FFA with for years; and all of them had negative thoughts about this suggestion.

4. It could make certain kits a bit too overpowered, wizard is already very strong by itself so imagine a good wizard player with infinite regeneration potions (This is basically what it would be if your suggestion was a thing), they would barely even have to use their regeneration potions anymore.

5. Unfair fights would probably happen a lot more often, imagine somebody who is full health approaches you for a fight and you are also full health.
If they got a kill like 5 seconds before coming after you then you have a lot more chances of losing this fight since they will have regeneration for like 10 more seconds whereas you might not have regeneration.

It personally wouldn't bother me too much if it was to get added, I just wanted to share my thoughts on why I disagree with it.
However if it ever was to get added I believe it should only be a thing for poseidon, archer and assassin for obvious reasons.

Thank you for the response! I agree on the last part and I do understand the concerns of the points mentioned; To prevent that last problem, couldn't the duration just be shorter while the amplifier would be stronger? I was intending the duration to be a way to make sure if you get a kill while fighting someone, you don't instantly gain a huge advantage, but I guess it could also be turned into something even more short term?

I'm not sure about it, I still personally don't believe it would work or make the FFA community happy about the change.
I could only see something similar working: If when you get a kill you get a bit more health back than how much you already get, but still, I don't know if people would like that.

I see where the idea is coming from third-partying can be frustrating but I don’t think adding Regeneration II on kill would be a healthy change for FFA. Here’s why:


  • FFA is meant to be chaotic and unforgiving
    The lack of guaranteed safety after a fight is part of the core gameplay. It rewards awareness, smart positioning, and timing.
  • Regeneration II would cause snowballing
    Players who win a fight would heal significantly, making it easier to immediately win another. This could lead to dominant players chaining kills and becoming nearly unkillable.
  • It shifts the mode away from true FFA
    Instead of a balanced free-for-all, it risks becoming a survival mode where stronger players farm the rest of the lobby.
  • It creates an unfair advantage for certain kits
    Kits like Warrior, Poseidon, and Stealth would benefit too much from this change, becoming overpowered in the hands of experienced players.
  • Better solutions exist
    Instead of healing on kill, smaller balance changes to weaker kits or cooldown adjustments could help them deal with third-parties more fairly.

That is true, thank you for the reply! Always open to constructive criticism. However I think the last part is the most important but unlikely to happen change, because kits like archer have not been helped for so long while consistently landing every shot is still not enough to keep the victim away from combo range(and if they're on high ping, which is usually the case for this gamemode, the sword becomes mostly pointless)

In my opinion, your Health should increase a little with each kill.. so that you can face 2v1 so that you can be able to face , and your Health should increase a little, not a lot.. so that it does not become op and this is a nice addition to the fair confrontation
