Error of not paying Obsidian

Hello,
i write this for my friend since he doesnt know english. His name on minecraft is: Comander71 right now, but before this incident happened he was called AgusForever71. Alright, wehn he tries to log in, they say he hasnt payed his obsidian rank when he have had it for quite some long tie now.
