Emerald rank on account which i can't access

i have an Emerald rank on a Minecraft account named: Mr_God_Elementos. but... i can't access it anymore i think someone else changed my password and hacked my account can you please remove the emerald rank from Mr_God_Elementos en give it to McNoob69_Playz because i use that account now and i really don't want to have a hacker playing on my account so... i can send a picture of me playing cubecraft on McNoob69_Playz if you don't believe me

If you're still able to access your mail, then please change your password via the Mojang site: https://my.minecraft.net/en-us/password/forgot/

I'm not sure if they still do rank transfers but I don't think so.
