Make a tournament type eggwarsmap?
Like you have your own island with iron, then you go to an island with a gold gen and then to the centre with a diamond gen. The gold gen island is connected to 3 players and the dia gen island to 4 gold gen islands.

Maybe a eggwars solo mode? With island not to far from eachother, most of the time u have teammates that are actually making the game stupid for you.
