Implemented Editing Messages

@Keanu suggested I write this thread, so here we are.

So earlier today I found out that you can’t edit messages on news threads (I discovered this in the Valentine’s Day update thread) either way my suggestion is to add the ability to edit messages in there as I see no reason not to and on top of that if you make a mistake it will haunt you for life lol.
