Owner = owner of clan can't be promoted up no. Add people ability and remove ability, ban people from clan
F5 = Highest any member can get up to. helps owner decide who to add and remove
admin = helps F5 and owner with ban appeal.
F4 = middle man. finds and suggests people to add.
F3 = same as F4
F2 = suggests people to add
F1 = same as F2

how to be promoted?
it simple be online for a specific amount of days
admin -> F5 be online when i'm online for 60 times
F4 -> admin be online when i'm online for 50 times
F3 -> F4 be online when i'm online for 40 times
F2 -> F3 be online when i'm online for 30 times
F1 -> F2 be online when i'm online for 20 times
pvper -> F1 be online when i'm online for 10 times
