Dont abuse of spider cobweb

Just because it looks cool it doesn't mean its nice, I don't have the best pc in the earth and I don't have optifine, so I always lag because of the cobweb spam that reduces my fps to 10, basically its unfair. Just because people doesn't lag doesn't mean its nice to have it.
