Skyblock Does anyone know a good way to do the venom and vitality quest

ive already tried someone else's idea for it, but the spiders always slip out of a one gap hole. does anyone have a design for an efficient way to do the part where you kill 20 tough spiders while being poisoned? any answer much appreciated
