Discord ban

Hi, So essentially I have relogged to CubeCraft Discord Server and I got banned from The Discord Server, I have communicated with @Finixly he told me that's I am not even banned in the Server and discord says that I am banned, What should I do?

No, I am pretty sure, I don't have any alt banned.

Even Though. I can join and link my discord account from another account discord.

Alright, I'll record that, after the next discord response, I have contacted a lot of staff members and they are unable to see my name if I am banned or not but it seems that I am not banned from the server.
