Diamond rank removed

My nickname is SergioCM999 and I have been playing for a few days with my Diamond rank but today I go back in and when I speak in the lobby, I no longer say my rank. Please help.

have you tried switching lobbies? Some lobbies are glitched and won't show your ranks, level, or statics. Just change lobbies and it should be there. If not, let me know. :)

Si tienes problemas con tu rango, solo envía un mensaje a sales@cubecraft.net diciendo lo que te ha pasado y luego de eso indica estos datos para que comprueben si de verdad tenías el rango o no:
-ID de la transacción de la compra (Es un código que empieza con W o B).
-Fecha de la compra.
-El email donde has recibido esa notificación (de la compra).
-Tu nombre en Minecraft.


Para acelerar la respuesta, te sugiero que lo escribas en inglés ya que Cubecraft es un servidor de ese idioma.
