I publish two post for signal cheater with vidéo proof and the CubeCraft don't give any responce. Who have the same problem ?

That can be really frustrating. Sometimes it feels like reports do not get a response. That does not always mean the reports are being ignored. The staff can take time to review the reports especially if there are a lot of reports or if they need to double check the evidence for the reports.

Also not every report gets a reply even if action is taken on the report. If the evidence for the report is not clear enough the staff might not punish the player, which can feel like nothing happened with the report.

You are definitely not the one who feels this way about the reports though. Just make sure your reports are clear and follow the format for the reports and be patient, with the process of the reports.

Hello, CubeCraft do check reports; all you need to do is be patient due to there being loads of reports to check

So he have check my report and one say no enough évidence same with the clip with obsiously one guy are invisible and invinsible with weird particle and the other are too vidéo for one other cheater are 5:23 long so superior of 5 minutes. For modération i should class this on extra évidence... What a excuse seriously for not do job not enough proof . Anyone play the game know this two dude obsiously cheat the second have kill aura and are always naked and punch ennemis with hand . The proof are here just do your job. I have take on my time for report the people breaking rule of the server for try to have less problem like that and admin search excuse for not do something. That just really stupid this rule inside the rule how im supposed to know the extra proof are if the proof are more long of 5 minutes. The principe of signal it's are too be easy not make overcomplicated for the person take on is time to help.
