Coop 4 slot profile

One of my friend Bought the skyblock rang but me and my friends cant join him on his 4 slot profile everytime we try to join him we become the massage that we dont have enough slots to join him, do we need all the skyblock rank or is this a bug

If you don’t have the skyblock rank you can be in 1 coop and 1 solo profile at a time. If it says you don’t have any profile slot open you’ll need to leave the coop you’re currently in. (Or buy skyblock rank).
