Chat rooms

I am currently playing creative and there is a lot of people asking if there is any role playing and why is it banned etc... so what i was thinking is players could create their own chat party things and invite other players so that only the people in each others chat rooms can see each others chat, so basically just /tell with multiple players. It would stop the spam in many ways and will also make the players interested in role play happy.
