Chat problem - egg wars

Hello everyone , guys i cant communicate with others in the chat for 40 days or more , and i searched a lot for a solution here , but i still cant fix it ,idk if its shadowmute or i have chat ban , while i wasnt really toxic in the chat as i remember , im playing with my friends , i cant see their msges or any msg at all , while they can see what im writing , but idk about others ppl if they see my msges , and i tried to fix it from my Microsoft privacy setting but still nth changed ,
so if it a chat ban , what can i do ? and is it for ever ? its kinda unfair staying more than one month without communicating while i wasnt toxic for other ppl , " i guess worst thing i typed was when i won against autoclicker cheater i typed ez in the chat" and it was just one time when i started the game 1.5 months ago
any help ? should i contact with Microsoft support ? or wut !

Otherwise, you can always try to say nice things in the chat. That way, your shadow mute might be removed and you won't need to spam random letters/symbols.

I have the same problem, chat doesn’t matter that much to me anyway so I haven’t really attempted to fix it. Gl on fixin it tho!

I can’t see anyone’s chat at all except people I’ve friended on the Xbox Live App, which is why I’m following practically everyone

Yeah, I think it is too, but I can’t figure out how to change it - it only shows what’s been activates and what’s not
There’s probably another way to fix it

Although I havnt had this exact problem I have had some issues where I cant see my friends messages and she has to type them twice. I know if you say nice things in the chat it may remove any shaddow ban you may have! I dont know if this is helpful sorry I have also had annoying encounters with hackers and especially people who are just toxic for no reason too though
