Bedrock Chat glitch

Hello, I can't see the general chat for a while, everything was fine until I reset my PC, the problem is not with my game, nor with cubecraft because the same thing happens to me on the other featured servers but it doesn't happen when I play on other servers where I can see the chat (the party chat works, the chat using /fm works, the elimination messages work, the friend alerts too)
If anyone has an idea why it makes me so, I'm all ears

Granted that this is happening to you on other featured servers as well, if any of the solutions provided above don't work, you will have to reach out to Microsoft!
