All Networks Changelog and Announcements

This is mainly for people who aren't in the discord and don't know what's happening in the server.
There could be an item in the inventory that could be selected, and it would show the changelog for any new updates to the server. Announcements should open as a small tab on it's own when you join on a day that the game is updated. This can be disabled via settings though.

Our changelog gets updated daily, New things are being added almost every day, whether it be bug fixes or game updates. Adding something like this would be rather hard to maintain, especially with how many things get added to our changelog. It wouldn't be worth all the extra hassle, in my opinion. However, this doesn't mean I'm going to deny the suggestion.

for changelog i wouldnt spend time or resources on this, however for announcements, updates etc this simply should be a thing - doesnt even have to be elaborate or whatever, just a simple pop-up. if its a game-specific update it should only show up in that game lobby (bedrock only)

Most of the updates that are important for the game will be displayed in a book, when you join the server for the first time after the release.

Not sure if there a similar thing in bedrock, if there is, then this should be enough.

There's no need to display java updates on the bedrock servers too, and vice versa.
