Java Change the lapis rank color

I suggest to change lapis rank color (it's so dark so it's unreadable) to blue or any other free color (now it's dark_blue)

Blue is already for admins. The only free colors would be white and black, but I prefer dark blue over white and black. So if you ask me, they should keep it this way.

good point here! besides, in the end you will know which rank it is anyways, its the only rank you wont be able to read!
