Can't login on my report account

Hello,

When I want to go to my report acc, I can't login. When I type the command in Minecraft on the cubecraft server. It says: You already have a account. Errorcode: 3. I have no idea on what this acc is. I can't find anything about log in email's or passwords. I don't know what went wrong. But this report account is not connected with my main cubecraft forums account. Please help. I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I hope so. I really want to have a report account.
