Skyblock Can't connect to my sky blocks island.

Every time i go to join my sky blocks island through the portal it says "I am already connected to the island" and tps me backl to the main hub idk what to do. please help.

Switch profiles via skyblock menu and switch back. If that doesn't work make a bug report here
