Can't Buy Gold?

There was one other simmilar thread to this, but it was locked and now i'm starting a new thread. Anyways, last night I tried to buy the gold rank from store.cubecraft.net . Added the rank to card, hit checkout, filled in my card details in paymentwall and bam. Transaction not completed. Nothing goes through on my card (a vanilla prepaid card w/ value of $100CAD, about 58.3GBP). Why is that, and what could I do to fix this error? I tried last night and a few minutes ago with the same result.
